We specialise in custom made products manufactured offshore. We work closely with our manufacturers in producing high quality, ethically made products. Any design, any colour, any trims. You design it, we produce it.

From designing, range planning, specification sheets, new fits, size grading, sampling, bulk production, to delivery - we do it all. We can also assist and consult on warehousing, EDI, GS1, internal production team set up and content for marketing and sales.

STEP 1

DESIGNING, SPEC SHEETS & QUOTATION

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:

300 units per style (Depending on the product type, this can be split across 2 colourways). Note: Some product types have higher minimums. Enquire now for more information.

TURN AROUND TIME:

12-24 weeks (Depending on the product. Re order products can be produced in a shorter timeframe).

SET UP FEES:

Fees can apply for setting up custom made moulds such as zippers, eyelets or aglet’s. Printing set up fees can apply for yardage and placement screen prints etc.

SAMPLING:

All custom made products start with a lab dip / strike off / fabric sample / fit sample or full proto type sample. A sample is only provided once a tentative order is placed. Once approved by the client, the official order is placed and the materials are ordered. A pre-production sample is then made with the correct fabric and trims in the correct colours. Once the pre-production sample is approved we move to manufacturing the bulk production order.

• Artwork / logo / design in editable PDF format.

• Size, colour and QTY break down of each style.

• Deadline for delivery.

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT:

Production management is for brands looking for a full comprehensive start to finish service. We prepare all specification sheets, create new fits, provide full graded measurement pages and can attend fittings. We can also help in the initial design planning stages if required.

MANUFACTURING ONLY:

Manufacturing only is for brands or businesses that outsource the sampling and bulk production only. You provide the designs, artwork and spec sheets. KE APPAREL quotes, samples and completes the bulk production and delivery. This is also for brands or businesses ordering simple products that don’t require comprehensive specification sheets and measurement pages such as, towels or caps etc.
