STEP 1)
DESIGN STAGE
You provide: (Anything you don’t have we can do for you under our Production Management service)
• Designs / technical drawings / range plan summary
• Artwork in an editable PDF format
• Specification packs for your designs
• Fit / Measurement sheet
• Order qtys / size break down and deadline for your order
• Any reference samples
PRICING AND QUOTES
• Local orders are quoted per unit exc delivery and GST
• Offshore products are quoted as a set all-inclusive per unit price. This includes the product, shipping, import fees and delivery. All prices quoted exclude local GST
• Additional fees that can apply for both local and offshore orders are set up fees for new development such as screen, trim / mould, sampling fees etc, and range development parcels.
NOTE: Prices are based on your design, quality of product, order QTY, production type and delivery address
STEP2)
SAMPLING STAGES
• Lab dips / application strike offs / fabric and trim samples
• Prototype / fit sample
• Salesman samples can be made if required
• Pre-production samples (this is provided for every style and colourway before bulk production commences for final approval)
• Shipment samples (these are kept internally for quality reference for each order)
TIME FRAMES
Sampling 2-6 weeks
• Lab dips/ print strike offs / fabric samples - 2 weeks
• Proto samples 2 - 4 weeks
Bulk production 12 - 24 weeks
• Fabric and trims 4 weeks
• Manufacturing 4 - 12 weeks
• Shipping 1 - 4 weeks
STEP 3)
PLACING YOUR ORDER
• A quote is provided based on your design, order quantity and delivery address
• After quote has been approved an order form will be provided to fill out
• A 50% deposit is required for your order to commence
• A 50% final payment is due before delivery of goods
STEP 4)
MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY
• Fabric is milled
• Order is cut
• Manufacturing starts
• Bulk production is ready and shipped
• Local delivery
